3. Student & User Responsibilities

As a user of UdaanX, you agree to:

• Provide authentic, accurate personal and academic information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and never share your account with others.
• Uphold complete academic integrity during all practice exams and official assessments.
• Ensure stable internet connectivity and a compatible device prior to starting scheduled tests.
• Use the platform exclusively for lawful educational and evaluation purposes.

4. Fees & Access (Where Applicable)

• Certain premium test series, specialized mock assessments, or institution licenses may require payment.
• All applicable fees must be paid prior to accessing restricted assessment modules.
• Fees paid for mock tests or exam registrations are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise under our refund terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All question banks, assessment materials, explanations, user interface designs, logos, software, and underlying code are the intellectual property of UdaanX or its authorized content partners. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, capturing screenshots, scraping, recording, distributing, or publishing any exam content without prior written permission.

6. Assessment Integrity & Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair examination environment, users strictly agree NOT to:

• Engage in any form of cheating, impersonation, or unauthorized collaboration during tests.
• Use bots, automated scripts, browser extensions, or hacks to manipulate scores or bypass timers.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or breach the security of the UdaanX platform.
• Disrupt the testing experience of other candidates or overload our servers.

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate test disqualification, account suspension, or forfeiture of test scores.

7. Third-Party Integrations

UdaanX may utilize third-party cloud hosting, proctoring systems, communication APIs, or payment gateways. We are not responsible for temporary disruptions, downtime, or policy changes implemented by these independent third-party service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high uptime and smooth test delivery, UdaanX shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from local network dropouts, user device failures, unscheduled power cuts, or unforeseen system interruptions during an assessment. Mock exam results are for preparation and practice purposes only.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of UdaanX is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By taking exams and registering on the platform, you consent to the handling and processing of your test scores, activity logs, and personal profile in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
